DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Network Enablement is ultimately accountable for Seller enablement on the Network
It is the responsibility of this Senior Manager to lead a team which ensures buyers on the Network are able to effectively manage the change to eCommerce on the Network within their companies and with their supply base. Some of the goals of the supplier enablement team are to:
Create a long-term business relationship and provide a single program management point of contact to our buyers throughout the life of their Network subscription
Ensure a strong focus on increasing the number of transacting relationships in order to achieve the customers’ business objectives
Support the expansion of our customers’ Supply Chain presence on the Network (more spend, more categories, document types, etc.) as well as coverage of their solutions
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Performance management and people leadership.
Forecasting, capacity, and cost management for the African seller enablement delivery team in line with the Africa Network growth strategy.
Driving the team to attainment of goals and KPIs.
Partnering with Sales and Marketing and Customer Organization to ensure consistent value messaging of all Network solution offerings and seller enablement best practices. Gets involved in pre-sales work with prospective customers as needed.
Innovating with your teams on new, better delivery methods in changing business environments.
Maintaining outstanding peer relations with other Operations Managers, Customer Organization, Sales Executives, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support.
Requirements
9+ years of experience, through a combination in professional services and corporate environment
Experience in a services based, matrix organization
Demonstrated ability to lead people
Demonstrated experience in project and client management
Exposure to multicultural scenarios / international work experience
Bachelors Degree
