Description of responsibilities:
Forms part of the SI Solution Design team, who’s role it is to prepare Functional/Application solutions to sell, understand markets, support Sales and Service Management key account managers and Sales Exec’s to build workable solutions with required business outcome, which T-Systems Delivery teams are able to deliver, and thus guides the strategic road-map of T-Systems Systems integration in terms of the solutions and clients. The incumbent will focus on selling SAP Functional/Application based solutions to current and new clients.

Client facing role:
• Act as SAP Functional/Application Pre-sales interface to T-Systems clients through Account Managers and Sales Managers
• Develop solid business relationships with the buying community
• Analyse client Functional/Application requirements through facilitation, develop solutions to sell to this client, and refine a workable value proposition
• Presentation of developed Functional/Application solutions to Sales and Account teams as well as the client
• Design, execute and lead SAP Functional/Application demonstrations of applicable business processes


Solution Portfolio Role:
• Identify Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market
• Prioritise Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market
• Develop Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market
• Update Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market
• Ownership of Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market
• Communicate/Present Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market to the Sales and Account teams
• Provide Advice on Solution Portfolios required in SAP Functional/Application by the Market


Qualifications and experience required:
• Demonstrated SAP Functional/Application experience, +5 years, including SAP ERP (Broad Spectrum is Essential).
• Ability to develop and sell SAP Functional/Application (Essential) and non-SAP (Desirable) solutions within market
• Previous experience working in SAP Functional/Application environments, implementing and supporting SAP.
• Able to visualize system solution landscape to optimize deployment
