Provide Strategic Leadership and Management of their specificproduct portfolio and associated team of product managers. Responsible for helping Telkom consumerand small business to meet the mobile business plan targets by being accountable for the overalltarget for their product portfolio. Responsible to create the portfolio strategy and to develop ashort, medium and long-term product roadmap containing a range of mobile specific products,services, solutions and capabilities to meet the strategic objectives. Working closely with keystakeholders such as MI, Sales, Technical, Network, Finance, Marketing and CVM to develop productstrategies which meet customers' requirements across different market segments. Define the strategicproduct portfolio direction and objectives to ensure execution of the business strategy and developand manage the Product strategy and roadmaps and alignment across business units.Responsible for profitability of products in the portfolio and maintain close relationships with themarket and stakeholders for awareness of market needs. This includes identification of appropriatemarkets and development of effective marketing strategies and tactics for reaching these strategies.Responsible for the financial and market share performance of the specific product portfolio throughthe effective and efficient management of the elements of the marketing mix i.e. product, price,promotion, place and people. Responsible for Product Life Cycle (PLCM) from concept to retirementstage. Ongoing analysis and monitoring of the portfolio performance and identify performance gaps.Develop corrective action plans and implement corrective action plan. Execute the relevant strategyvia a comprehensively mapped delivery plan and stakeholder mapping process, ensuring quality andtimeous delivery of objectives. Tasks include, but are not limited to targeting, competitivepositioning, analysis of external environment, aligning with technology, developing future product /market roadmaps. Management of a team of specialist product managers. Responsible to Set and ManageIndividual (Specialist: Segment Product Managers) and Team performance standards, operationalobjectives, delivery and targets in the portfolio.
