Job Title: IT SystemsAnalyst (TIBCO AMX) Area: Sandton Salary: Market Related Purpose: To interface between business andBT Infrastructure to scope, facilitate and manage end-to-end system solutions and ensure allinfrastructure meets business, security and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Partner withbusiness and technology lead domain experts to elicit and translate business requirements intosuitable technology solutions Develop roadmaps in line with stakeholder needs, best practices andTHE CLIENT’s change process Co-ordinate and facilitate annual working sessions for the roadmapto add, change or remove initiatives Ensure roadmaps align BT priorities with business partnerneeds, that they include appropriate targets and have been validated against business objectivesBuild professional trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, displaying sound abilitiesto listen, advise, influence and consult at all levels Liaise with various business stakeholders toprovide information and assist with queries Communicate proactively to manage expectations As aninternal consultant during the design and execution of solutions that cater for specific businessrequirements and advise management on best practices Assist BA’s and Architects to translatestrategic decisions into business solutions Participate in building a long-term infrastructureroadmap for all IT systems architecture Adhere to all processes within the system developmentlife-cycle and ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the business Develop and preparedocuments for the design of solutions that meet system and security requirements Participate inproducing requirement specifications, technical documentation, test packs and training materialAssist in providing input into the budgeting process As required, track spending against agreedobjectives Assist in promoting the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reducecosts and enhance information flows Ensure roadmaps have appropriate targets and are validatedagainst business objectives Manage and deliver on projects and provide feedback thereon Manageproject resources to ensure delivery

Skills and Experience
Experience and Qualifications Essential: TIBCO AMX or TIBCO PBM - Not negotiable Sound general ITknowledge and a technical understanding of relevant hardware and software technologies High levelarchitecture design skills Able to design, integrate and manage complex infrastructure solutionsDemonstrated experience with business process and performance modelling, benchmarking and financialanalysis Project management skills Vendor liaison skills Microsoft Office Qualifications andExperience: Relevant IT qualification 5+ years’ enterprise infrastructure experience in acorporate environment Kindly following the link to apply directly.
