Leading independent investment and insurance company in SA is looking for a Project Manager who started their career in the development space and who has been defined as a PROBLEM SOLVER of NOTE! This is not the usual project manager position, this position would require the ideal candidate to have a strategic and very technical mind – to solve problems and assist with business solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new solutions to things
• Produce processes that everyone can carry out efficiently and effectively
• Manage a project from idea to a fully functioning new business unit
• Hands-on
• Keeping up to date with technical and industry development
• Finding reasons to hold less meetings
• Designing new processes from scratch

Qualification and Experience required:

• Degreed or higher qualification – non negotiable
• SQL experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• 3-5 years, relevance of experience and intelligence
• Agile or any other methodology experience and certificate
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Entrepreneurial Hunger for growth
• Lead
