Our clients are a leading company in the LAW industry.
They are looking for someone who is excellent in Analyses and interprets the law and various documents when requested as part of the team. Drafts relevant practice area documentation by applying appropriate rules of the specific and appropriate law. Assist with preparation relating to legal matters.
To perform a specialised legal function and contribute toward:
• Fee earning
• Know-how of the firm
Commit to the firm's values, vision and strategic objectives

Qualifications
? Admitted Attorney
? More than one year experience as a practicing attorney.
Experience
? Minimum of 4-7 years post articles experience with specific experience Finance
? Knowledge of debt capital markets will be an advantage
