A relevant 3 year tertiary qualification. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar environment i.e in a performance improvement career management/ environment

To manage, coordinate and facilitate the enhancement and implementation of career management organisation-wide and provide end to end support to line management and HR Business Partners
