• Technical support /admin role providing both remote and onsite technical services to our customers.
• Beneficial if candidate has experience with Antivirus, Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, any Security applications
Detailed Job Requirements

• The role primarily consists of providing technical support to customers.
• Develop knowledge of Network and Security products to ensure optimal technical support in pre-sales situations.
• Maintain technical/industry expertise in Security technologies and solutions.
• Produce technical documents and proposals.
• Installation & configuration assistance, where customer warrants need for 'Proof-of-Concept' Evaluation.
• Build a close working relationship with sales and technical colleagues within the company and our key partners.
• Maintain/Achieve relevant industry certifications
• Development of professional and personal skills, as relates to major function, related technologies, product and career advancement.
