Exciting opportunity for a KZN based Property Administrator. Our client’s portfolio boasts over 160 buildings across South Africa and includes industrial, retail and commercial offerings. They have over 1,700 tenants and more than 300,000m2 under their management. Their Property Management Services Division is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team. This exciting role, based in Westville KZN, will see you responsible for creditors payments, order creation, tenant recoveries and accruals, operations support as well as general administration. This position reports directly to the Regional Property Manager. This role requires a minimum of 3 years property admin work experience, strong Word and Excel skills and a Matric qualification. Previous experience working on MDA software will be an advantage.
