Primary Role Accountabilities:

End UserSupport in a factory environment
Application trouble-shooting / support
Troubleshooting Incidents and action Service Requests logged (Incident Management / RequestManagement)
Ability to do root cause analysis and troubleshooting across systems to resolveincidents

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience &Qualifications:

Matric or Grade 12 Essential
A+ or N+ or studyingtowards an IT Qualification
ITIL exposure beneficial (Service delivery focused)
Desktop Support Skills (Intermediate to Senior)
MCSE/MCP/MCITP would be beneficial
Proven experience in providing IT support
Proficient in Windows server (ActiveDirectory) and MS-Office suite
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Must be able to cope under pressure
Ability to do troubleshooting across systems toresolve incidents
Must be able to work independently
Self-driver, go-getterattitude
Ability to work well in a team context
Willingness to support multipleapplication systems
Passionate about quality of service delivered
