The ideal candidate will have
- degree in finance, commerce or tax
- ideally a post graduate degree in tax
- solid exposure to preparing income tax returns (IT12’s) and knowledge of all legislation and policies in respect of expatriate employees tax
- established relationships with SARS and ability to manage all correspondence and queries from SARS
- experience analysing tax accounts
- this is a role to consult to external clients, most of which are multinational firms, so your exposure to tax consulting and providing advisory services around expat tax issues will secure
