An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Analyst Developer with a market leader in the financial services space to join a well-established corporate development team by developing working solutions as well as maintaining current systems. BSc or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in C#.Net.
MVC.
Gang of four patterns.
Entity framework or similar.
VBA development skills.
VB6 advantageous.
SQL experience specifically SSRS and SSIS.
SQL, stored procedures, triggers and normalisation.
Strong experience in SDLC and knowledge of TOGAF.
Financial systems experience - beneficial SmartStream and development in PowerBuilder.
Knowledge of financial policies, corporate SOP’s, data analysis, reporting and LEAN principles.
Understanding of business and particular accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
Systems analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.
Attend meetings in order to understand customer requirements, make design decisions and report on progress.
Provide technical expertise for project and team during design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
Participate in Release and Iteration Planning meetings with engineers and users.
Able to interpret project and development plans and have an understanding of project roles, project goals, and timelines.
Solution reviews and feedback of improvements.
Physical and logical database design and ability to interpret design diagrams and documents.
Communicate with team members or relevant stakeholders regarding technical design and implementation of the solution.
Establish responsible deadlines for reporting staff and personal work plans.
