Our client is in search of a QA Tester to join their fast paced international finance company based in the Western Cape. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.Qualification:

Matric

Degree in IT

Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or other related degree.



Skills & Experience:

2 years relevant work experience in development and/or testing role

A strong understanding of SDLC processes

The Quality Assurance lifecycle & methodology

ISTQB – Foundation level Certified

Good experience using C#

Powershell

Javascript

VB

ASP .NET

SQL

JSON

XML

MS SQL Server



Job Description:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to designing and creating test conditions to address business needs. Track and grow the testing repository whilst working closely with developers and other stakeholders.

Document, track and grow the testing repository as appropriate, using case management and supporting tools.

Developing and leading automation strategies

Executing and analyzing automation test result.

Participate in troubleshooting document.
