Contact Centre environmentPurpose of the role:
- Data collection to predict future collections and billing outcomes
- Design and development of databases, spreadsheets, and reports
- Data Analysis and reporting from electronic data sources
- Monitoring the ongoing quantity and quality of data for business intelligence decisions
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity of lead data
- Analyse VoIP phone and Excalibur data to ensure data is accurate and complete for weekly forecasts
- Monitor performance on call centre strategies
- Implement strategies needed to ensure improve dialling performance
- Provide technical solutions for users to understand the data available for each campaign


Qualifications, experience and skills required:
- Computer Science/information Systems degree or equivalent
- 3 years minimum in reporting and analysis experience
- Contact Centre and financial services industry experience
- Good SQL knowledge
- Advance Ms Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge
- MS Excel skills (e.g. formulas, macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting and linking)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Report writing skills
- Quality oriented
