Some responsibilities include:
Accountable for effectiveness of all operations within the Departments
Responsible to set up/ modify the structure of the Departments to meet current and future demands and to give effect to business plans and budget
Servicing of major clients
Ensuring that all employees are adequately trained to perform their current and future functions
Ensure that you and your staff are trained and up to date with the latest Divisional Guidelines

Qualification:
Matric
Degree would be beneficial

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Seafreight Manager is non-negotiable.
