Our Client is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to strategically oversee the provision and development of ICT systems and technology infrastructure into integrated ICT solution and ensure a secure environment that will effectively position the company to be a lead Government ICT organization that will enable public sector service delivery within its mandate
Responsibilities:
Executive oversight of ICT Service Delivery to government departments. Develop Corporate Strategic Vision
Executive oversight of Corporate Strategic Finance. Executive oversight for Enterprise Legal, Risk, Governance and Compliance.
Strategic Stakeholder Relationships Management
Executive oversight of Human Capital Management

Minimum Requirements: Post Graduate qualification in the field of ICT and/ or equivalent
Masters Degree in an ICT related field will be advantageous
A total of 10+ years experience in the ICT field ICT filed role including expertise in: Business Software Portfolio Management; System Engineering Principles for large and complex systems; Software Development Life cycle; Software Maintenance and Support; ICT Governance; ICT strategy and policy development; Performance Management; Strategic Financial
Management; Strategic Stakeholder Management; Strategic customer management.
