The ideal individual would still be coding actively, review codes and be involved with implementations. The ideal candidate would need to step in for the Lead when he is not around or busy with important things, making sure the teams are winning and doing what is required from them.
Qualification and Experience required:

? Degree or Higher Qualification
? Running the day to day delivery of a developer and coding themselves
? Leading 3 teams of 6 when needed
? Cloud or AWS working experience
? 5-8 years’ experience in developing
? 1-2 years’ experience manging teams
? Insurance or Financial institute environment experience would be advantageous
? Java
? JEE
