Duties:Process month end and salary journals
Submission of Department of Labour stats requests
Payroll activities: new employeesforms submission and new employee set up on payroll
Processing timesheets and salaryrelated entries
Management and recording of 3 current staff loans, interest and otherrelated activities via journals
Monthly salary sheet submission, checking, processing andpayment
Management, recording and payment of Head Office salary payment serviceinvoice
Balance sheet reconciliations
Loading bank payments
Variousjournal processing to record finance activities
Various ad-hoc finance departmenttasks
Petty cash processing
Fixed asset register maintenance
Requirements:
Matric
BCom Accounting or Diploma in Accounting or relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification
2-3 Years Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
