This progressive client is seeking SharePoint Development specialists to join a rapidly growing team.

A minimum of 4 - 5 years development experience NOT NEGOTIABLE!

MUST HAVE SHAREPOINT DEVELOPMENT and NOT JUST SharePont ADMINISTRATION
MOSS
MCSE or networking experience advantageous.
MCSD or equivalent qualification advantageous.
Must have, or plan to complete the MS SharePoint course and certification
BCom or B.SC Information Technology degree/diploma advantageous
The ideal incumbent will have the following technical skills:
Solid abilities in the implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of SharePoint.
C# .NET Development Experience
Focus on web development
SQL Server Experience – 2005 and 2008 and 2010
HTML, XML and related technologies such as AJAX, XSLT, CSS, JQuery etc.

SharePoint Development ( expert 5 years +):
Good configuration and administration understanding of SharePoint (2007 and 2010)
Understanding of development tools such as Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer and Team Foundation Server.
- Reasonable understanding of networking and operating systems fundamentals.
Additionally:
Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 / 2013
Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007.
SQL
VB.NET
MOSs

The right candidate will have at least 4 years experience in SharePoint Development.
Will be able to configure and install SharePoint 2010
Will develop complex SharePoint web forms
Will have solid web and application experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You will be required to work within a pressurised and results driven environment. This position will ultimately afford the successful candidate an opportunity to grow rapidly with the demands of the business.

The following is also required:
Clearly communication skills
Delivery based on deadlines, technical limitations, scope changes, and the
ability to adapt to various project requirements
Good presentation skills are an advantage
Must be able to work as part of a bigger team
Passion and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. Ability to conduct own research into emerging technologies beyond project work
Self-management of time and project deliverables
Attention to detail
Be comfortable with a customer-facing role (ability to act on clients needs ranging from sales to a systems or business analyst role.
