MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
:
Degree in HR Management or related field (NQF 6) as a minimum requirement.
Post-graduate qualification in HR or related field (NQF 8) advantageous.
At least 10 years experience as an HR Generalist in a similar environment with 5 years at Management level.
Solid IR background with a strong working knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE, SDA, BBBEE, collective agreements); dispute resolution.
Solid background in Performance Management, Organizational development, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development and Strategic management.
Computer literate - Excel & Word.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
:
Strategic Management & Organizational development - contribute to development of divisional strategy; formulate HR strategy in line with business objectives and implementation. Plan, Manage and coordinate initiatives that is aimed at increasing productivity, reducing cost and improving the organization as it relates to its employees.
People resourcing - Implement people strategy. Manage and control all areas of recruitment, selection & engagement.
Remuneration & Employee benefits - Manage all aspects of remuneration in line with Group guidelines.
People development - Manage all aspects of people development. Comply and address business and statutory requirements.
Employment Relations and Legal compliance - Manage the full scope of employment relations including IR, dispute resolution, litigation, employee wellbeing, EE, BEE & legal compliance.
Performance Management - Manage the performance review process within BGSP. Develop & implement initiatives aimed at improving structure, output and people performance.
