Minimum requirements
Diploma, HN Diploma or N6 in Mechanical Engineering
SPECIALIST on High speed packing lines
Qualified Artisan having passed a Trade test preferably as a Fitter
10 years relevant work experience in Food/ Beverages/ Pharma/ Cosmetics (Anything else would be a waste of our time).
Ideally 3 to 5 years at a Supervisory level.
International exposure (Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan) would be a significant added advantage even if only gained on project assignments.
Preferably bilingual in English and Zulu
Team player and a confident outspoken leader
Ability (and willingness) to work under pressure and sometimes work long hours and weekends
Potential to learn, grow and progress into a Senior Management level (Mancom) over the next 5 year
Preferably South African but consideration would also be given to others with a long term work permit
