• Designing As-Is & To-Be processes, Business Process Reengineering & improvement, Business Transformation, Billing, Opportunity Assessment - Process Mapping as per eTOM, TAM frameworks
- Translate the new operating model and all monitoring and control capability requirements into formal implementation scope for inclusion into key OSS Transformation Projects
- Perform post-rollout review and fine tuning of KPIs and OLAs by analysing the actual operational data
- Manage roll-out of the new processes and Monitoring & Control capability
