Role details:
To manage and support customer technical solutions and
Provides general technical support, maintenance and
troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of
technical specialists.

KEY DELIVERABLES / PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:• Operates closely with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLA’s and resolve problems.
• Take on internal initiatives to create server opportunities and work in fast paced environment.
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking and internet technology fundamentals.
• Support of Microsoft Exchange and O365 Exchange service
• Support of Microsoft Teams Service
• Support of Microsoft Products, which includes, but not limited to, Windows Servers, Azure AD, Active Directory Federation Services.
• Design, implementation, review and optimization of Exchange and Outlook.
• Deploying and configuring Microsoft Teams audio, video and telephony solutions.
• Capacity Management and Analysis.
• Management of reports, oversee documentation.
• General maintenance, support and troubleshooting of the Client Infrastructure.
EXPERIENCE:
3 years’ experience in the Microsoft Products, field of speciality within a large and
highly complex organisation
OR
5 years’ experience in the Microsoft Products, field of speciality within a large and
highly complex organisation
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 Year degree/ diploma (NQF 6) IT related
OR
Alternatively, Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 5 years’ experience
