Qualification:
Matric is essential
Bachelor’s Degree/relevant qualification in Freight/ Forward and Clearing

Experience:
Minimum 2 – 4 years sales experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
Must have a track record of targets and client base
Previous management experience will be beneficial

Skills Required:
Must be hunter in the market targeting new business and thereafter maintain existing customer relationships
Cold calling, research and approaching potential prospects
Follow up on potential leads and feedback based on new business
Strong communication skills
Computer Literacy skills is essential
Must be able to hunt and find new business opportunities
Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain extensive knowledge of the services being sold
Ensure reports are conducted and client updates are captured onto CRM system
