Analyse, design and Implement solution changes to cater for business requirements.
The design to include conceptual design and impact analysis of the following systems:
• CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
• CC&I (Customer Care & I) – Customer Contact Centre Management System
• OVS (Online Vending System
• HES (Head End System)
• Maximo (Workforce Management Tool)
• DDW (Distribution Data Warehouse)
• Avaya (Customer Facing Application)
• FBM (Feeder Balancing Module)
• CNLAF (Customer Network Link Application Framework)
• MATS (Meter Asset Tracking
Requirement
Three year qualification or more than four years IT experience
Four years or more experience and understanding of the prepayment value chain and systems
Elicitation and Analysis of Requirements
General Requirements: Modelling skills, Stakeholder Management, Documentation and Writing skills)
• Prepayment Experience is a MUST.
• Technical Experience must not be less than 4yrs
Qualification Requirement
• Degree in IT Related Discipline OR
• IT Certification
Experience Requirement
5-7 years IT experience
