CONTRACT OPERATIONS MANAGER: OPERATIONS
TCOE SALARY FROM R1 133 492 - R1 493 806 PER ANNUM
REF.: TDA 100/18
Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in a Transport related field
- At least 5 years relevant senior management experience in the management of public transport operations or related functions.

Key Performance Areas: - Manage and implement integrated transport operational processes, projects and programmes, including:
- MyCiti schedules
- Client management services
- Management of technical functioning of stations relating to Control Centre equipment
- Events management and coordination of all vehicle operators under the Contracting Authority in the provision of public transport
- Effective management and oversight of the Control Centre.
