JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide oversight of the Financial Crime portfolio across Corporation on a Group Level, which includes tracking progress, understanding and highlighting risks and issues and preparation of monthly Financial Crime Steerco packs
• Provide input into the development of future Financial Crime target operating model and designs for key critical business end to end, and the continuous improvement thereof
• Support and drive the tracking of the implementation and execution of target operating model and re-designed/ engineered processes across the Organisation on a Group Level.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and skills:
• Experienced in stakeholder management at senior levels
• Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work with cross functional groups and establish rapport and credibility in a pressured, high visibility environment.
• Willingness and ability to work in a matrix management environment, developing close and professional working relationships with business and IT managers and staff
• Excellent facilitation & Influencing skills
• Proven communication skills (written & verbal)

Qualifications and Experience:
• B-degree in Technology or Commerce (NQF level 6.)
• Postgraduate/relevant Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP®, PMI-ACP®)
• 6+ years project/programme management skills with proficiency in business case development, budget construction, monitoring and control of programmes and planning tools and techniques (e.g. MS Project and work breakdown structures)
Preferred:
• Working for a consulting company
• Awareness of client’s servicing requirements in the Business arena
• Experience in Financial Services and regulated markets
• Financial Crime understanding/background
• Risk and Control experience
