Salary: Negotiable based on experience.Basic + Earn Commission on sliding scale from 10 % - 20% on billings

Qualifications required:
Matric
Tertiary education will be beneficial.
Skills & experience required:
2-5 years recruitment experience.
Understanding of IT Terminology will be crucial (Microsoft Technologies).
Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Strong communication skills (verbally and written).
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
Job Functions:
Maintaining relationships with existing clientele and new Business Development.
Qualifying of job specs and matching with candidate skills.
Writing ads for job specs.
Sourcing of candidates (Applicants & Headhunting).
Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates.
Conducting MIE checks when required (Crim, Credit, Qualification, Reference).
Administer the entire recruitment life cycle from beginning to end.
