Role details:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Driving process improvement and innovation
Providing thought leadership in on-going solution offering and best practice and new technologies
Development, coaching and mentoring of junior process engineers
Coordinate the various aspects of process engineering, including solution design, planning and execution
Provide guidance, support and act as direct resource to the team undertaking the improvement initiative
Liaise with contractors, vendors and other stakeholders on an SME (subject matter expert) level to facilitate process solutions.
Project management responsibilities for process improvement initiatives, taking accountability for over team delivery in terms of budget, quality, scope, time and benefits harvesting
Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed

Educational Requirements:2 to 3 year relevant Diploma or equivalent experience
BPM certification like Lean 6 Sigma, ITIL, CMMi and COBIT
PRINCE2 or PMBOK qualification
Business Process Management qualification
Skills:
Experience in process modelling methods and standards
Advanced Experience in Process engineering methodologies (6 Sigma/ITIL/CMM/PMBoK)
Proficient Experience in Project management methodologies
Experience in measurement
Experience in IT Operational environments
Used service management tools like, Service Manager and Remedy
