Manage the full lifecycle of the product: performance, usage, replacement strategy, maintenance and enhancement by keeping abreast of the SAP product developments • Ensure optimum delivery, maintenance and support of the product by engaging with all relevant business and support areas.
• Ensures design delivered meets business requirements by signing off on the process documentation
• Identify business scenarios for testing by engaging with business users
• Coordinate conceptual design efforts across processes by following end to end process view
• Configure SAP solution according to signed-off designs
• Create configuration documentation as per standards defined by Absa
• Provide knowledge transfer in terms of process design and system configuration by conducting training sessions with users and team members.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business processes and Enterprise Core Components (ECC) solutions with the end user community and sign-off discussion
• Adhere to the Absa Change process for developments through participation in the Change Control sign-off
