The core responsibilities of this role include translating business strategies into actionable goals and executing relevant IT projects/ IT initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
This role also involves designing software artifacts and producing specification and architecture in accordance to agreed standards for programs.

The successful candidate should have atleast 10 years practical systems/ programming & SDLC experience•IBM Mainframe
•Cobol
•IMS
•Hogan (an added adavantage)
•Knowledge of Hogan architecture
•Proven design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation skills
•Excellent analytical skills
•Banking systems experience
•Ability to provide technical leadership on complex projects
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma and the required certification
3-4 years technical experience with managerial skills
