A Leading commercial bank is seeking to engage the services of an analytical individual to join a fast paced team in the capacity of SWIFT/FMM BUSINESS PLANNER AND RISK MANAGER who will be responsible for providing Business support to the SWIFT and Financial Message Management users.\n\n

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
(a) Have least 2 years previous experience in SWIFT processing
(b) Have suitable knowledge of:

SWIFT
Risk Management
Business Change Management
Statistics / Trend Analysis

(c) Be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office suite, Internet and MS Outlook.
(d) Be able to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
Qualification and/or Knowledge

(a) Grade 12
(b) Knowledge of Back Office processing and interfaces
(c) In-depth knowledge of SWIFT
(d) BCOM degree or Business Administration Related Degree will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Assist the Head: SWIFT & FMM Operations

To provide Business support to the SWIFT and Financial Message Management users.
To prioritise issues raised by clients for action by BA’s, IT and Testers
To review proposed solutions BA’s and provides sign off on test results prior to implementation.
To plan and participate in projects to provide required business input which will necessitate successful implementation of a business solution/project.
To identify business improvement opportunities and to prioritize for action by BA’s.
Monthly Statistical Trend Analysis
To maximize the number of bank entities subscribing to the SWIFT utility.
Manage a dashboard and a view of impact related to all changes (Projects/Programmes) in flight or to start for CIB Operations
Facilitate bi-weekly CIB Operations Business Priority Committee with stakeholders
Manage SWIFT/FMM Stakeholder communications
