Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience (BSc Comp Sci, BCom, IS, IS Diploma)
Essential: 8+ years Business Analysis experience. Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
Essential: Drivers Licence (and own transport)
Essential: 5+ years SDLC experience

• Participate in the implementation and achievement of departmental objectives
• Responsible for leading and executing projects to meet briefs, standards and client requirements including:
o Ensure that requirements are accurately specified for projects by co-ordinating stakeholder requirements
o Prepare user requirement documentation
o Build good client relationships and assist with the monitoring and managing of clients
o Facilitate the understanding of the client requirements, according to the specifications, to the internal project team(s)
o Ensure testing conditions are correctly defined for applications under development
o Ensure Business Analyst deliverables conform to the project methodology
o Ensure all set deadlines are met for self and team
• Ensure issues are escalated timeously and appropriately
• Ensure that documentation, within area of responsibility is created, stored and maintained for current and future use
• Ensure 100% use and compliance with company processes and systems within area of responsibility
• Proactively remain abreast of industry knowledge
• Build and maintain key relationships with:
