Ensure networks and servers are fully operational
Manage the day to day operations of the networks
Liaising with relevant3rd parties and 3rd level engineers towards the resolution of technicalissues
Building and re-building of servers

Monitoring
Monitor security events andensure compliance with Security Policy
Monitor and Remediation of Backups and SANissues
Monitor Operational systems

Conduct spotting of trends across regions and client base and feedingback observations and assessments to the company’s management team
Maintainnetwork operations, applications and operating systems.
Process any follow up action
Perform all call resolutions related to assigned areas
Develop standard operatingprocedures (SOP’s) for 1st and 2nd level support
EnsureCompliance with all Operation policies and instructions
Ensure Compliance with allservice management system reporting and ticket update requirement
Develop andmaintain network-support-related documentation
Prepare technical reports on theoperation of systems
Customer Service
Respond timeously to customer queries and to provide feedback
Updatecustomers on the progress of data updates both daily and monthly
Actively find ways toimprove customer service
Provide customer service as per agreed SLA’s
