A great opportunity exists for a Sales Manager to join a Global ICT solutions and services provider(Education):
• Must have 8 to 10 years working experience in Software Application Sales (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft)
• 4 years specifically in sales management
• Diploma / Degree preferential

(Skills Required):
• Responsible for aligning to the sales strategy ensuring local and global strategic objectives are met
• Responsible for the co-ordination of the activities of their sales teams, setting and measuring performance targets, account allocation and enforcing the execution of the client account plans, call planning and opportunity qualification
• Leverage their relationship skills and knowledge of the client environment to assist and influence the client at every stage of the buying cycle
• Ensure that employees reporting into them are engaged and understand their career opportunities, by taking responsibility for the development and training of their team members

(Description):
You will be responsible for managing a team of sales specialists. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets through effective allocation of your team’s territories and targets, motivating your team members and ensuring outstanding sales performance. Your role is a combination of management, selling, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling their sales team to meet the sales targets assigned to them.
