Location: STADIO Krugersdorp

A Learning Technology Staff Support position is vacant at the Krugersdorp Distance Learning Campus. The successful incumbent will work with Academic Staff to implement the Learning Technology Strategy at STADIO

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Action the training & support requests of STADIO Staff with respect to Learning Technology.
• Implement the specified Quality Assurance processes and measures.
• Action requests for Course improvements and maintenance.
• Explore, analyse and report back on new technology developments impacting the delivery of Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
• Maintain data and provide reports on technology requests, training requests, student support and the relevant tools/technologies deployed at STADIO.

Minimum Requirements | Qualification:

• A Diploma or Degree qualification in the fields of Information Technology or Education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, various browsers and Internet usage.
• Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in Learning Management System usage and functionality. (CANVAS ideally or MOODLE a plus).
