Commercial ManagerMinimum requirements / experience:
BSc or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Professionally registered
15 years experience
Responsibilities:
Contractual administration of FIDIC conditions of contract
Management of subcontractors including subcontract drafting, negotiations, account administration and final accounts
Claims compilation (principle and quantum) and associated correspondences
Engage with clients and professional team
Claim analysis and provide professional / legal advice on status of the claim and strategy
