Relevant IT Support qualification



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years contact centre based IT Support experience



Job Description:

Understanding relevant policies, processes and procedures

Understanding, capturing, resolving and escalating queries

Providing prompt feedback to queries

Providing subject matter expertise to the Account Team regarding:

Technical / end user issues

User acceptance tests conducted
