Senior Creative Designer.Requirements:· Experience in digital communication and marketing industry · Customer service experience essential· Strong HTML coding skills essential· Managerial experience beneficial· Knowledge of Photoshop, Freehand, Flash, Adobe Acrobat and Homesite Candidate profile:· 3-5 years experience within a similar position· Be a highly creative, organized and passionate person· Have a strong ability to conceptualize and follow through on projects from start to finish· Strong ability to lead and motivate team members· Strong ability to understand customer requirements and conceptualise creative ideas

Duties:

· The design and HTML layout of email campaigns and web pages · Building a comprehensive knowledge of email design best practices, what works and what doesn’t and how to best design for the medium· Adhering to internal coding best practice, as well as following the correct processes· Testing and quality checking· Ensures that the high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards · Works with the Head of Global Best Practice to promote and implement best practices, processes and procedures · Identifies and proposes areas of improvement throughout the creative design process · Research into layout styles and email templates to provide the best possible solutions and reports on findings and solutions to management
