Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the procurement/contract field particularly in manpower supply and service level agreements.Provide support on contract drafting, analysis, negotiation and close of supplier agreements – both on
standard SEC templates and custom agreements.
Negotiates with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts: Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates,
and renegotiates contracts.
Conducts reviews of contracts or contract changes within predetermined categories based on dollar value,
method of acquisition, and other factors. Reviews for appropriate contract type, pricing provisions,
selection of source, acquisition method, determinations and findings, documentation, clarity of contract
terms, propriety of cited funds, and need for issuance of unpriced contractual documents. Locates errors
and returns for correction.
? Draft custom one-off language as required to meet approved business needs (e.g., Custom Exhibits,
Amendments, Custom Agreements, NDA's, etc.). Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of
contracts.
As necessary liaise with Company Lawyer, for clarification and direction about legal aspects and liabilities.
Advanced experience drafting and negotiating contracts with customers and their procurement and legal
departments.
Advises management and contracting officers on matters pertaining to acquisition policies and procedures.
CRITICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced desired in contract development for manpower suppliers or outsource of SAP technical and
functional manpower.
Knowledge of commercial business and industrial practices (e.g., commercial subcontracting, procurement of
raw materials, manpower supplier, and costing techniques) related to the items procured sufficient to analyze
cost breakdowns and contract proposals.
Ability to analyze and evaluate audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for developing
and implementing guidance and procedures.
Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, and understanding of legal terminology.
Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) or Certified Public Purchasing Officer (C.P.P.O.) preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code and familiarity with Saudi government regulations is
required.
