Exciting times ahead for well know Insurance company seeking a HEAD: Enterprise Architect to align the IT Strategy and plan with the business goals. The ideal individual will optimise the information management through n understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities.

This is 50% Operational and 50% Strategic with the innovative thinking of where the company will embark on next.

Qualification and Experience required:

? Degree or Higher Qualification
? Must have worked in an Enterprise Architecture role for at least 3 years
? More than 5 years leadership skills
? 5 years’ experience as a Technical leader of a large IT program, solutions architecture and Enterprise Architecture
? Must have short term insurance or financial services industry experience
? Hands on in the design and implementation of solutions
? Have excellent communication skills to liaise with Exco members and shareholders
? Must have Technical knowledge of:
o Software designs
o Databased designs
o Systems Architecture
o TOGAF
o Cobit 5
o ITIL
o Oracle
o PL/SQL TIA
o BPM

Please note preference would be given to AIC candidates.
