My client has a need for a Cisco IPT Engineer who working across clients will ensure service level agreements are met.
Purpose of the role:
- To offer client satisfaction within tight SLAs
- Ensure project objectives are met and managed
- Proactively manage and solve high level problems
- Ability to make complex configuration changes
- Installations through to completion of multiple systems
- Ability to identify , analyse and review relevant sources of information to make assessment and identify possible outcomes

Qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering SLA and project based solutions
- At least 5 years' experience in the field as an IPT support / installation engineer.
- CCNP Voice
- Experience in Jabber, Unity Connection, Attendant Consoles, Cisco Contact Centre & Cisco Media Sense
- Basic VMware (just enough for call manager servers)
- Basic networking experience other than just having CCNA certification
- Methodical and Logical diagnostic skills
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Team player
- Client focused
