A global Consulting House which is one of the largest Consulting firms, requires a BPM solutions architect and strategist with a strong background in Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Responsibilities include strategy definition, architecting and implementation of end to end ECM and/or DMS solutions. A key focus will be business development and pre-sales support. This position requires a person who has a solid understanding of architecture, systems development and integration, and the full life cycle of these disciplines, across the BPM spectrum. The candidate must also be able to articulate technical issues to the business community.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (desired) or local equivalent
Requirements:
• 8+ years systems development / systems integration experience
• 4+ years management consulting experience
• 4+ years BPM experience with at least OpenText Metastorm/Cordys and one other BPM/Workflow product. Experience in OpenText preferred.
• 4+ years project management and leadership experience
• 4+ years of solutions architecture experience
• 2+ years technical architecture experience
• Multi-Tier architecture skills / understanding (including SOA)

• Advanced corporate communication and writing experience and advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• The following skills would be advantageous:
• Formal systems development /systems integration qualification
• Knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of BPM solutions across the spectrum of:
• Workflow / work management
• Business rules engines (business rules processing)
• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
• Business process modelling experience and knowledge of process modelling methods, notations (e.g. BPMN) and products (e.g. Aris)
• Systems modelling experience and knowledge of systems modelling methods, notations (e.g. UML) and products (e.g. Rational)
• Solid understanding of object orientated design and development
• Systems development languages - Visual Basic, C#, .Net and Java
• Scripting languages – ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript & JScript
• Middleware experience (IBM WBI, MS-BizTalk, etc)
• Solid understanding and experience in XML and XML related technologies
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques with regard to systems analysis and design
• Experience within the banking and insurance environment and also a solid understanding of the greater financial services environment
