Our external Client is currentlyin a process in recruiting for a ARIS Repository Administrator to be based in Pretoria for aduration of 6 month to ensure data integrity and database consistency for all agreed ARISRepositories on Development Server

Quality Assurance (Validation & Verification)
Database Health Checks E.g.Inappropriate Object Occurrences, No Unnecessary or Duplicate models, Uncover Redundancies, Securityand Access Restrictions have been correctly implemented
Housekeeping of Database e.g.consolidating of Objects, Mass update on Attributes, Maintain Folder Structures, checks on ModelStructure and -Linking.

Quality Control

Facilitate QAmeetings
Monitoring of QA Compliance to Modelling Conventions
Compiling monthly QAReports and Trend Analysi
Comparisons of data across repositories / related BPMcontent
Manage release cycles and QA Governance
Communicate release cyclemanagement & QA Procedures
Updating & Maintaining of QA Governancedocumentation
Verify and Validate Quality Assurance before Versioning and release
Custodian, maintenance and improvement of BPM Processes and Process Architecture Governance,updating of the Knowledge Repository, standards, tools and templates
Ensure that QA ofprocess designs and deliverables take place during the application of the BPM Methodology LifeCycle
Make recommendations with regards to Change Requests, QA results and general BusinessArchitecture and process related matters
Develop, maintain and deploy the BPMmethodology
The role is part of the Business Architecture team and must understand theclient strategy in order to translate it into Business Architecture building blocks. This positiontypically does not involve the design of specific business processes, but rather guides or offersconsulting support to business process analysts and others about the creation of new processdesigns
Providing a road map for the future evolution resolving sub-process overlaps
The business process architect is responsible for the development of relevant design principles,descriptions of high-level future states and guidelines relating to the creation and management ofbusiness processes

Technical understanding ofARIS folder and navigation structures
Technical understanding of ARIS databasestructures
Understanding of the modelling methodology and concept of BPMN and event-drivenprocesses
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the ARIS method and filter
