Exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator with exceptional client liaison skills.A growing Mauritian based company requires an experienced Key Client Coordinator with strong leadership qualities to be groomed into a Team Leader role. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of customer service with Key Clients and will be expected to work closely with both internal and external agents. The Key Client Coordinator must ensure all goods to be exported and imported efficiently in both modes - Searfreight and Airfreight. The role may also involve generating new business and opening up opportunities for the company with the market.


Qualification:
Matric: non negotiable
Certificate/ tertiary qualification within the freight Clearing and Forwarding industry preferred.


Experience:
In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations in Seafreight and Airfreight Imports Exports is NOT NEGOTIABLE!
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding.

SADC procedures & Incoterms
Self-Management.
Advanced Computer literacy.
