Role details:

Purpose of the role:- Analyse and solve problems in the data centre
- Install and modification of the IT infrastructure
- Systems consultation to customers and field engineers
- Ensure daily backup measures are implemented
- Awareness on changes in operation and ICT requirements
- Perform systems integration and testing
- 1st and 2nd level support and troubleshooting of VMWARE, Cisco UCS and Windows Azure Pack
- Prepare all operational procedures and tasks
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly status reports on IT environment performance
- Awareness of emerging and current technology
Qualifications, experience and skills required:
- MCSA/MCSE certification
- VMWare certification is essential
- ECM/HP/IBM certifications
- Experience in Microsoft platform technologies Strong VMware Experience
- Cisco UCS experience
- EMC Storage Experience
- Report writing skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Conflict management skills
- Drivers
