Requirements:Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
Tertiary qualification in Sales Management advantageous
3 – 5 Years' Sales Related Experience at Management level in a direct selling environment
Proven ability to lead and supervise
Proven ability to make decisions and initiate action
Proven ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
Proven ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
Proven track record in achieving personal work goals and objectives
Strong entrepreneurial and commercial orientation
Must be self-motivated, pro-active with an entrepreneurial mind set
Effective communication abilities
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport
