Computer OperatorThe Computer Operators job requires high levels of personal responsibility and accountability and must be performed to consistently high standards. The work must be performed methodically and timeously and issues must be reported or escalated to the relevant Support Teams for resolution.
The purpose of the job is to provide computer operational services to the outsource customer base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

Working knowledge of MS products
Understanding of Company products
Good understanding of customers operational business processes
Matric qualification or equivalent
Good understanding of 3rd party Service Providers
Skills / Abilities required to do the Job
Technically aware
Ability to analyse and resolve problems in a systematic way
Ability to identify and clarify customers real needs
Ability to interpret customers needs and make recommendations
Proficiency in the use of MS products
Ability to interact with customers at all levels
