Responsibilities
• Implementation Projects
o Technical lead on large implementation projects
o Consultation to ensure customer environment readiness
o Physical configuration and deployment ofthe product
o Discussenvironment requirements with customer technical specialists including:
Storage teams
Network teams
Server teams
Active Directory teams
Architecture teams
• Maintenance Projects
o Identify and resolve environment relatedchallenges
o Identify andinvestigate product related errors
o Plan and execute Product Upgrade & Migration projects
• 3rd Line Product Support
o High level product support
o Investigate product related issues
Qualifications
• A+
• Network+
• MCSA / MCSE
• Linux administrator
Experience required
• 8 to 10 Years Server administration
• Windows server stack – Installation & Configuration
• Active Directory configuration andmanagement
•Virtualization experience
• Software deployment products
• Backup solutions
• Storage and RAID configurations
• End-user Support experience (i.e. MS Outlook)
• Troubleshooting and product errorinvestigation
