LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR REQUIRED IN GAUTENGLEARNING & DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR REQUIRED IN GAUTENG
 
Requirements:

2-3 years’ Relevant experience in a similar role
Relevant tertiary education


Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of training methodology, assessment and evaluation tools


A valid driver’s license
Good verbal & written communication skills
Strong administration skills
An understating of adult learning Principles & Leadership Development
An understanding of the retail business would be advantageous
Proven practical problem solving skills

Duties:

Function as a Learning & Development Facilitator
Apply blended learning approach
Designing learning material
Delivering & facilitating learning programs
Project Management
Learning needs analysis
Coordinate interventions with external & internal learning providers
Maintenance of an effective administration system
Guide hiking trips & camping exhibitions
